Customer Service Manager

We're looking for a Customer Service Manager who's obsessed with delivering Moments of Magic -those unforgettable experiences that shock customers because they go way beyond basic courtesy.

This isn't just a problem-solving role. You'll lead a growing team, dive into customer interactions, and set the standard for what service should feel like.

  • Lead the Team - You own the results. The wins, the misses-they're yours to guide, support, and improve. You'll coach and challenge your team so they can consistently crush it. If you don't love leading people, this isn't your role.
  • Be in the Trenches - You'll jump in to respond to customers, solve real problems, and handle tough conversations when we make a mistake. You'll own it, fix it, and show customers we care.
  • Deliver Moments of Magic - We aim higher than "satisfied." You'll set the tone for experiences that surprise and delight-from handwritten notes to solving problems before customers even notice them.
  • Refine & Improve - You'll run Customer Service + Ops meetings, dig into case management, and work cross-functionally to eliminate recurring issues.
  • Own the Customer Experience - From simple questions to complicated issues, you'll ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and respected.

  • Recruit, hire, and train new customer service reps
  • Train the team to effectively up-sell and cross-sell
  • Research and implement strategies to improve the customer experience
  • Manage the team calendar and daily department workflow
  • Handle returns, refunds, credits, and shipping inquiries
  • Evaluate team member performance and provide feedback
  • Utilize tools like Shopify, Microsoft products, and other platforms
