About the Role:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead a team of three employees (with plans for expansion) and play a key role in hiring new team members. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for:
? Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
? Managing customer interactions, order processing & scheduling
? Following up on warranty issues and resolving concerns
? Learning the kitchen cabinet industry and manufacturing processes
? Collaborating with the engineering team to process orders accurately
