Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experienceleading kitchen cabinet manufacturer based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee and grow our customer service team.


About the Role:

As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead a team of three employees (with plans for expansion) and play a key role in hiring new team members. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for:

️ Ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience

️ Managing customer interactions, order processing & scheduling

️ Following up on warranty issues and resolving concerns

️ Learning the kitchen cabinet industry and manufacturing processes

️ Collaborating with the engineering team to process orders accurately
