We're Hiring: Customer Service Manager (On-Site, Tech-Savvy)

We're looking for a dependable, technically capable, and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our on-site client support team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service instincts with tech fluency across multiple platforms-and is ready to take ownership of the full client service cycle, from onboarding to support.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of clients across platforms like Slack, Jira, GoDaddy, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of support interactions and service tickets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Monitor service performance metrics and drive improvements
  • Help build internal support documentation and processes
  • Coach and train support team members as needed
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk roles (leadership experience a plus)
  • Background in IT, DevOps, or software development environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable managing and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
  • Familiar with CRMs and project management tools (especially )
  • Strong organizational and documentation habits
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Must be available to work onsite in Great River, NY
