We're looking for a dependable, technically capable, and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our on-site client support team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service instincts with tech fluency across multiple platforms-and is ready to take ownership of the full client service cycle, from onboarding to support.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage onboarding/offboarding of clients across platforms like Slack, Jira, GoDaddy, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of support interactions and service tickets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Monitor service performance metrics and drive improvements
- Help build internal support documentation and processes
- Coach and train support team members as needed
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk roles (leadership experience a plus)
- Background in IT, DevOps, or software development environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing and troubleshooting across multiple platforms
- Familiar with CRMs and project management tools (especially )
- Strong organizational and documentation habits
- Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Must be available to work onsite in Great River, NY
