Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with an international manufacturing business within the engineering space, on the appointment of a newly created, Customer Service Manager role
Reporting into the UK MD, the role will manage 2 customer service teams, x1 UK & x1 in Europe
Description
- Lead and manage the UK & European Customer Service Administration teams to deliver exceptional service to B2B customers
- Develop process and procedures across European Customer Service function to ensure best practise is shared and standardise ways of working across both sites
- Work with MD and other Senior Stakeholders to support business wide objectives through the customer service functions
- Manage and allocate stock levels to ensure customer demand and needs can be met, working closely with both production and purchasing
- Own the order management process, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of customer orders in line with pre agreed expectations
- Ensure export documentation for customer orders is completed in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
Profile
- Experience managing a Customer Service function
- Experience within a manufacturing / engineering / supply chain background
- Record of supporting both UK & European Customers
- Ability to build and implement process and procedures

The role will be 9-5 Monday to Friday on site
Salary of 48,000 - 55,000 plus up to 10% bonus, private medical insurance, free parking, 25 days holiday (plus bank) and a number of other benefits
