Join Our Growing Team as a Customer Service Logistics Specialist.

Our client, a leading logistics company, is expanding rapidly and seeking dedicated Customer Service Specialists to support our success.

Shift Details: 1st Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 an hour (based on experience)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Process customer orders, provide pricing information, and explain services and benefits clearly.
  • Support both new and existing customers with their needs.
  • Update customers on shipment status through phone, email, and web-based platforms.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor shipments from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely performance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and basic computer skills.
  • Detail-oriented with solid critical thinking skills.
