Position Overview:
BILA is currently seeking a meticulous and dependable Shipping and Customer Service Lead to oversee logistics operations for department stores, boutiques, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Shipping Manager in the apparel industry.
- Proficiency in AIMS, Shopify & Microsoft Office are required.
- EDI, NUORDER & Label Matrix knowledge is a plus.
- Experience managing logistics for major retailers and boutiques is essential.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail for proofreading and editing purchase orders, billing, and shipping documents.
- Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx.
- Familiar with production tracking and pre production set up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
