Job Overview

Approximate Start Date is 7/14/2025

Training will take place in Louisville and mileage reimbursement is available.

Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.

The Customer Service Leader is pivotal in managing store operations when senior management is unavailable. You will collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction, maximize sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role also supports fuel management operations where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance store performance across various metrics including sales and expense management.
  • Guide and motivate associates during the shift to achieve goals.
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer service programs and operational procedures.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
  • Manage cash and lottery processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and orders.
  • Facilitate vendor check-ins.
  • Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments.

Basic Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week.
  • Experience implementing changes and achieving results in a retail environment.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Leadership experience, especially in fast-paced retail or food service preferred.
  • Knowledge in training, sales, and food service menu planning.
  • Experience in all facets of store operations.
  • Proven skills in customer service, relationship management, and effective communication.
