Location: York, SC Position: Customer Service Representative $16/hr What You'll Do: + Customer Service & Payments: Process payments, assist customers with loans, and maintain accurate records. + Admin Tasks: Keep things organized by managing cash drawers, posting payments, filing documents, and ensuring daily backups. + Business Development: Build relationships with customers and seek new opportunities through recommendations and outreach. + Loan Processing: Take loan applications, prepare documentation, and follow up on files. + Delinquency Management: Help with past-due accounts through calls and written notices. What We're Looking For: + Comfortable working independently and staying organized. + Skilled with computers and a 10-key calculator. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism. + Willing to learn and grow with the team.
