In our Customer Service Department, you are an important member of the team responsible for supporting our retailer/B2B customers as well as outside Sales Representatives. The best candidates love talking to new individuals and thrive on helping them resolve their concerns, no matter how big or how small. In addition to being an effective communicator and problem solver, the ideal individual will know how to work well under pressure and diffuse stressful situations in a high volume inbound call and email environment. Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound retailer/B2B customer and outside Sales Representative calls to resolution.
• Resolve issues by collaborating with various departments throughout organization on deliver, pricing and inventory inquires.
• Investigate product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem and selecting and executing the best solution.
• Expedite retailer/B2B customer and outside Sales Representative issues for correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Knowledge & Experience:
• Prefer 1+ years working in some form of customer service position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Work in a fast paced environment and have fun while supporting our customer's success.
