About the position:

As a Pedestrian Emergency Distress (P.E.D.S) you revolve around answering customers calls and dispatching help. Customers who need assistance will call into PEDS to get help. PEDS are responsible for maintaining the highest standard of customer service in every interaction. Most times PEDS is the only time a customer interacts with us. We always want to start and end on a good note. It's our responsibility to do so because many travelers have a hard time traveling and appreciate an easy stress-free parking experience.

Accountability
  • Answer calls from onsite customers who need immediate assistance
  • Dispatch CSR to customers in need of assistance
  • Answer general questions about parking or making a reservation
  • Guide customers through making a reservation
  • Assist customer in finding our parking lots
  • Answer calls from employees
Profitability
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding established performance.
Exceptional Service
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a "Thank You."
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Communication
  • Regularly update upper management on operational challenges.
  • You will have to reach out to a Manager or Supervisor to get assistance
  • Foster clear and open communication within the team.
Family
  • Promote teamwork, inclusion, and respect among all staff.
About YOU:

You'll have the opportunity to use your organizational and communication skills to ensure your team consistently meets goals and provides excellent service to visitors.

Your Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
