Customer Service- 2nd shift
Location: Springfield, OH
Hours: Sunday- Thursday 5pm- 1:30am
Customer Service Rep
- Computer experience and Customer Service experience is the main thing. Big Plus excel, ERP LN/Baan, Power Point.
This position works primarily in LN (Baan upgrade) to process Sales Orders clearing all fatals/issues. - This position works with Engineering/Supply Chain/IT to resolve the errors.
- Updates will be made to line set and non-line set orders enabling us to send correct EDI requirements to Suppliers.
- May be required to process the same order multiple times to clear errors.
Other systems include but are not limited to CVT/EOFF/PBA/Pharos/CDMS/Flexis. - Extensive training will be provided.
- Detail oriented candidates only. ERP-LN experience preferred.
