What You'll Be Doing: - Proactively connect with customers via phone and email regarding product recall notifications from April.

- Utilize your strong computer skills to navigate systems and accurately enter data.

- Work a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays remote, Tuesdays through Thursdays onsite in Mundelein.
What You'll Need to Succeed: - 2-5 years of proven customer service experience.
- Strong proficiency in computer navigation and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to follow procedures and document information accurately.
