Customer Service Specialist - Product Recall Team (Hybrid Role.)

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring customer safety and satisfaction by reaching out to individuals affected by recent product recalls. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a well-respected company and further develop your customer service expertise.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Proactively connect with customers via phone and email regarding product recall notifications from April.
  • внимательно record customer responses and feedback with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document any reported injuries related to the recalled products with sensitivity and attention to detail.
  • Utilize your strong computer skills to navigate systems and accurately enter data.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recall process.
  • Work a hybrid schedule: Mondays and Fridays remote, Tuesdays through Thursdays onsite in Mundelein.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • 2-5 years of proven customer service experience.
  • Strong proficiency in computer navigation and data entry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to follow procedures and document information accurately.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in a regulated industry, preferably FDA.
  • Outgoing personality and a knack for building rapport.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
