Job Description Mequon company is looking to hire a Customer Service Assistant to answer phones and respond to customer inquiries for product information. This is a first shift position 8:30am to 5:00pm.
DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT: - Answer company phones in a timely manner
- Learn about technical company products in order to answer customer questions
- Enter customer orders
- Create customer quotes and proposals and follow-up on them
Requirements - 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills
- Proficient in MicroSoft Office product
- Past experience with MRP system or similar
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to solve complex customer issues
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
