Job Description
Mequon company is looking to hire a Customer Service Assistant to answer phones and respond to customer inquiries for product information. This is a first shift position 8:30am to 5:00pm.

DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT:
  • Answer company phones in a timely manner
  • Learn about technical company products in order to answer customer questions
  • Enter customer orders
  • Create customer quotes and proposals and follow-up on them
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Proficient in MicroSoft Office product
  • Past experience with MRP system or similar
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to solve complex customer issues
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
