Our Client is looing for a Triage Specialist to join their Customer Service Team.
Customer Service Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Specialist handles all incoming calls from end users and distributors.
- Collect the customer information, update existing accounts, or create new accounts if they are not already in the system.
- Once in the system the Customer Service Specialist will create a case for the call, and pass that information on to one of the Tech Service Engineer responsible for that product.
- There will be communication via Outlook, Microsoft Teams and in person with technicians / other team members regarding cases.
