  • Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri - 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Job Summary:

This is a remote position.

• Aid Customer Operations Specialists with administrative tasks, including back-end support for order to cash account activities, data entry, and finalizing creation of deliveries and returns.

• Act as tier 1 support for customer inquiries related to delivery, order updates, and account status under supervision of senior staff.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve basic customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff.

• Generate and review basic reports to support order to cash processes, identify account challenges, verify data accuracy, and update customer account status.

• Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Learn and understand the company's products, services, customer service policies, and industry standards.

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a thorough understanding of the company's CRM and order management systems (Crop Edge, SAP).

Pay Details: $25.58 per hour
