Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Heart Failure department supporting the Acelis Connected Health team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, professional communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service I
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $22/hr on w2
What's the Job? - Receive inbound calls from customers for supply orders and additional questions.
- Perform outbound calls for customer follow-ups and maintain customer records.
- Assist customers with equipment training and setup.
- Resolve or report any issues that may arise during customer interactions.
- Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements.
What's Needed? - Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use reasoning skills to solve problems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
