  • Customer Service Representative

  • Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish)

24/7 operation - Various on-site shifts available.


Customer Service Representative

English - Pay from $24 to $29 per hour (Includes $2 Shift Differential)

Bilingual - Pay from $23 to $28 per hour

Overnights - Pay from $26 to $33 per hour (Includes $4 Shift Differential)

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.

  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

  • Become a product and solutions expert. We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers.

  • For Bilingual (Spanish) role - fluent in both verbal and written forms.


Customer Service Team Lead

Pay from $28 to $35 per hour

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives in all areas including product knowledge, policies and procedures as well as performance metrics.

  • Review phone, email and other customer interactions to evaluate quality, track results and provide coaching and performance reviews for increased success.

  • Provide feedback to management on processes improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership / supervisory role preferred.


Customer Service Management Trainee

Pay from $25 to $30 per hour

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

  • Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program.

  • Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback.

  • Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Strong track record of customer-focused service, teamwork and attention to detail.

  • Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
