AtWork is seeking a Customer Service Generalist who possesses advanced customer service skills, is able to coordinate efficient schedules, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: - Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve complex customer issues in a prompt manner. - Make outbound calls to reach the targeted number of scheduled appointments and memberships necessary for successful service operations. - Ensure the customer database is consistently accurate and up to date - Prioritize calls to effectively support technician schedules and operational requirements. - Perform administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the operation. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. - Minimum of 2 years prior experience preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Basic computer skills - Strong problem-solving skills Job Type: Full Time Pay - $16
