Customer Service Rep/Financial Service Rep
This is an exciting customer service opportunity to work with one of Columbus's TOP Employers, a leader in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry.

- Hours Monday-Thursday 9 am-6 pm and Fridays 8:30 am - 4:15 pm
- Training Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am- 5 pm or 9 am- 6 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative in our Advisory Annuity phone team, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses prepare for and protect their retirement. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering extraordinary care.
In this role you would be taking inbound calls from advisors and clients wanting to service their annuity contract. Examples are like withdrawals and contributions etc. Most of the calls are regarding in force annuity contracts, but some calls are new business related. This team is also responsible for processing non financial requests. An example of this would be updating owner or beneficiary information on a contract. This solution center is responsible for delivering a quality experience with each interaction, while maintaining and exceeding service level agreements. 75% of your day would be spent taking inbound calls(ave 20 calls per day) and the other 25% is spent processing requests.
Qualifications and Core Competencies:

- Strong communicators who excel in service-oriented roles
- A completed or nearly completed bachelor's degree(preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics or related field)
- Candidates must be able to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and working through computer systems simultaneously
- Two years of solid work experience in a service related field. Restaurant, Call Center, Banking, Retail, Administrative, Hospitality, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
