- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending appropriate products and services
- Build productive trust-based relationships with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately following policies
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas
- Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products as needed
- Restock shelves and set up displays
- Clean and maintain store equipment
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Assist with deliveries as needed
- Maintain an organized and presentable area within the store
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest improvements to drive sales
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion
- Willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to communicate in more than one language
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
