As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our wholesale and retail customers at Sherwin-Williams. You will engage directly with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and provide tailored solutions to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through attentive service.
- Assisting customers both in-store and over the phone, identifying their requirements, and suggesting appropriate products.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Meeting and striving to exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintaining organized and comprehensive work order files and formulas.
- Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse and preparing them for customers.
- Tinting and mixing products to meet custom specifications.
- Ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Cleaning and maintaining store equipment.
- Assisting with unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed.
- Keeping assigned areas stocked, tidy, and presentable.
- Staying informed about product offerings and available options.
- Following inventory control protocols.
- Proposing methods to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Requirements: - At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the employment country without future sponsorship needs.
- Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English and Spanish.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
