Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer orders and inquiries within a collaborative call center utilizing advanced technology.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering process.
- Become an expert on our products and solutions. We will train you to confidently address inquiries about products, pricing, and shipping.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are ready to train you to deliver exceptional service.
