We are seeking a Customer Service Engineer in Austin, Texas, with a strong engineering background, semiconductor industry experience, and customer service expertise. The candidate must be capable of independent work, managing client relationships, and providing technical support.

1.Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to semiconductor products.
2.Independently manage customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
3.Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to review project status and gather feedback.
4.Maintain consistent communication with the Taiwan headquarters, reporting on customer issues and project progress.
5.Should have mobility to travel in the USA, such as LA or Redmond and be able to visit Taiwan headquarters for training periodically as needed.

Bachelor degree or above
-Education field
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
-Language
English,Mandarin
-Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
-Preferred Skill Sets or Qualities
1.Possess experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
2.Must Have industry experience in packaging and testing, wafer fabrication, or IDM (Integrated Device Manufacturer)
3.Demonstrate strong familiarity with BGA (Ball Grid Array) packaging structures.
