Position Responsibilities - Mentor and train Team Leads to promote outstanding customer service and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Oversee daily operations across various Customer Service departments to ensure smooth functioning.
- Collaborate with fellow Managers and Team Leads to drive team performance and success.
- Assess team processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Analyze performance reports and propose strategies to boost efficiency.
- Quickly address and resolve escalated customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing a high-performing team.
