Our client is seeking a Customer Service Director to lead a high-performing team across Parts, Service, and Warranty operations. This key leadership role ensures seamless customer experiences, drives continuous improvement, and works cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and more. What You'll Do:


  • Lead and inspire a customer service team supporting parts, service, and warranty operations.
  • Resolve escalated issues and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and urgency.
  • Oversee warranty processes, pricing strategies, and service performance metrics.
  • Analyze trends to recommend impactful improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Partner across departments to enhance processes and service outcomes.
  • Develop and mentor staff while maintaining top-tier service standards.

What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in customer service, technical/manufacturing sales, or related fields.
  • Strong background in parts and warranty, especially in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven leadership with a passion for coaching and performance management.
  • Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and pricing strategy.
  • Tech-savvy and metrics-driven with excellent communication skills.
