- Experience Desired: Lottery machine operation; office skills; prior customer service experience
- Education Desired: No high school diploma required
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities - Prioritize safety for all team members, guests, and products in everything you do.
- Effectively resolve customer questions and concerns through clear communication with both customers and staff.
- Assist customers with services including applying for loyalty cards, using dry cleaning services, purchasing money orders, completing MoneyGram transactions, and handling lottery operations.
- Motivate and inspire your teammates and guests, always willing to go the extra mile for exceptional service.
- Answer incoming calls in a cheerful and efficient manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Promptly address guest inquiries at the service desk with courtesy and professionalism.
- Gain familiarity with store products to provide informative answers and recommendations to customers.
- Remember that guest service takes priority, pausing all other activities to assist whenever a guest needs help.
- Handle products and equipment according to food safety and operational guidelines to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Keep the department and your work area clean and organized.
- Assist in other departments and tasks as needed.
