We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing key aspects of our Customer Service function to increase revenue and help achieve company objectives. You will handle day-to-day operations, ensure quality service, and support both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate order management and process orders, including yardage samples and reserves
  • Manage and maintain customer interactions through CRM systems
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support
  • Maintain records and generate reports
  • Support pricing updates and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during business hours
  • Ensure satisfaction and proactively follow up on ongoing tasks

Requirements:

  • Must

    have prior experience with order entry/order processing
  • Must be able to pass a background check/drug screen
  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience Required
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational skills
