Role & Responsibilities: - This position supports the college's strategic enrollment plan by providing recruitment and outreach services to new and prospective students, parents, and school professionals.
- Responsibilities include conducting outreach activities both in-person and online, such as visits to K-12 schools, participation in college and career fairs, and engagement at community and corporate events.
- The role involves representing the college at various recruitment events, tracking multiple cohorts, and managing recruitment campaigns.
- This position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and utilizes a comprehensive understanding of student services and resources to assist a diverse student population in navigating the enrollment process.
- It requires responding to numerous inquiries through a customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as via phone, chat, email, in-person, and other virtual technologies.
