POSITION TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERKJOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative provides excellent customer service support by telephone and email. Resolving and or communicating customer concerns and complaints to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer multi-line phone system and assist customers
- Directs calls to the correct station/person.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal with customers and coworkers.
- Establishes and maintains files. Correctly uses a filing system and keeps files in logical order so that material is readily retrievable.
- Processes documents in accordance with established procedures including checking for accuracy and completion of entries and fields.
- Communicates client needs, concerns, and delivery information to team members in a timely manner.
- Understands responsibilities and duties, can priorities and demonstrates effective problem-solving skills.
- Understands and can apply appropriate procedures to use the database systems to respond to requests for internal reports and information.
- Performs additional duties of a similar nature as assigned.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING - High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1 year of experience in administration
