Customer Service / Case Support Specialist Location: Hybrid Schedule
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service / Case Support Specialist to join a mission-driven team helping seniors and individuals in need. You will serve as the first point of contact, screening individuals, providing information, and helping connect them to long-term care services and Medicaid support. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assess client needs to determine appropriate services.
• Guide individuals through Medicaid applications and eligibility processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in internal systems.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to ensure clients receive the right assistance.
• Help educate the community about available programs and services.
• Participate in emergency response support when needed. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred; Associate degree plus experience accepted.
• 2+ years of experience in client service, intake, case management, or related roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data systems.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
