Job Title: Contact Center Specialist
Location: Johnston, RI (Training On-site for 2-4 Weeks, Hybrid after Training)
Pay: $20/hour
Work Schedule: Various 1st and 2nd Shift Schedules - All shifts will include working 1 weekend day, with the ability to work holidays.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of incoming customer calls to provide high-quality solutions and excellent service.
- Assist customers in improving their banking experience by recommending relevant products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Participate in paid, extensive training to develop expertise and handle increasingly complex customer inquiries.
- Provide support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with scheduled breaks throughout your day.
