WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate a multi-line switchboard and company provided laptop
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources
- Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system
- Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
- Ensure the customer and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
SCHEDULE & LOCATION: - Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Must work three days per week in the Center Line, MI headquarters
- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
