Sterling Search Partner is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and customer-centric Call Center Representative. Join our dynamic team to assist customers by handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.
Interviews are scheduled for the week of 4/1. Start Date: April 28th. Training Schedule: For the first two months, you will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Post-Training Work Schedule: Your shifts will be Monday through Saturday, with one of these days off: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Shifts will run from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Saturdays are mandatory with shifts available from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities: - Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls.
- Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
- Preferred experience in call center or customer service roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer systems and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations efficiently.
