Shakopee Public Utilities Commission is now hiring for Customer Service Billing Rep./Communication Specialist

This position is a hybrid role with a distribution of time in the Finance Department and in the Marketing department. This position will be guided by the evolving needs of the organization and the development of the role. Working with the Customer Service and Billing department, assisting with customer calls, emails, billing inquiries, and in-person interactions providing a positive experience for customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Working with the Director of Marketing with marketing communication activities, including social media, website maintenance, written communications, customer support, and community events.
