Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in Downers Grove, IL. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting existing customers-
communicating fluently in both English and Spanish-and addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to merchant service products. This is a non-sales position focused entirely on providing top-tier customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to POS products and services.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's products and services to provide accurate support.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base, ensuring clear and accurate assistance in both languages.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and ensure efficient resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
