Location: Hyde Park, Massachusetts

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage in Market Support and Front Counter activities. A personal vehicle is required for travel to and from work.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service Duties:
  • Process customer payments, enter information into ICOMS, and issue receipts
  • Manage cash drawer and complete deposits
  • Ensure daily balancing of cash receipts
  • Handle equipment returns and swaps from customers
  • Provide coverage at alternate payment centers as required
  • Investigate and resolve customer billing issues
  • Reschedule customer work orders
  • Arrange SROs/trouble calls for customers
  • Assist with customer upgrades/downgrades
  • Educate customers about products and services
  • Upsell relevant products and services
Market Support Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from sales agents and customers
  • Review daily reports to identify and resolve potential issues
  • Handle customer escalations effectively
  • Support the Retention/Customer Care teams
  • Process approved credits and adjustments
  • Manage assigned BOLT cases
  • Engage in both inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Participate in high-priority projects as assigned by management

Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

The base salary range in Massachusetts for this position is $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus potential bonuses and benefits. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.
