This position is crucial for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions. Your primary goal will be to resolve any customer issues promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction while meeting and exceeding store sales targets.
You will have opportunities to interact with customers, including minors, and manage cash transactions and store merchandise. Thus, a review of your criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Basic Requirements: - Aged 18 or older
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in retail or customer service
- Experience in selling paint or related products
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish
