What You'll Do: - Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits from state or federal agencies.
- Assist cardholders with questions about transactions and their account statuses.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and deliver clear, accurate information.
- Process transactions smoothly through web-based applications and handle research requests with expertise.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company, client programs, policies, and technology.
- Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulations.
- Support team operations during peak times or absences to guarantee seamless service.

- Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
