Who are you?

The primary purpose of the Sales Associate is to meet sales goals and build profitable sales, primarily by phone, employing a consultative sales approach within an assigned territory. Develops and maintains a long-term partnership with customers by using industry expertise. Evaluates needs and opportunities within customer accounts and negotiates effectively to overcome obstacles and gain customer commitment. Gains team advantages and opportunity momentum by observing and orienting prior to making decisions and acting on problem solving and solutions development. To be successful in the role, you will need to be a self-starter with a positive approach and a passion for great customer service. You will be proactive, confident and have negotiation skills that are second to none. You will be responsible for growing the business and spotting new opportunities. You will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are looking to join a successful, growing company in an innovative business sector.

You need to have: A warm, personable, and trustworthy approach; great attention to detail; the ability to prioritize your workload and effectively manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers. Customer interaction will predominately be at the customers' place of work so efficient territory management and highly developed customer-facing skills are essential.

You will be working with our sales team to promote our products throughout the USA. Working as part of a small and highly experienced team, your job will be to interact with customers to maximize sales revenue, product placement and profit. Qualifications

Education: Associate (Required)

Experience: Business development: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Beauty or chemical background preferred

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM system

Valid Driver's License
