Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must have authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
- Willingness to work all scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- If current Sherwin-Williams employee, must have received a performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations (3).
- Must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
