• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions and general client inquiries
• Manage underwriting requests from companies and assist clients in handling those requests
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team to increase client satisfaction and service flow
• Communicate and work with DIG Agents to ensure clients' policies are in good standing Qualifications:
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• In-person position
• License is not required (paid-for licensing offered)
• Strong knowledge of handling customer service interactions
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal, communication, and timely follow-through skills
• Professional in both appearance and attitude
• Align with our Core Values Compensation: $40,000+ yearly
