Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve inquiries and concerns efficiently and with professionalism
- Support internal sales and operations by delivering timely and accurate pricing information
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer communications using CRM software
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying service gaps and recommending solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
Top Qualifications: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
