Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries about printing requirements, job status, estimates, orders, changes, shipping confirmations, and complaints.

Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Accurately process customer orders, updating the system and communicating with relevant departments

Provide accurate and detailed information about services and capabilities.

Build a rapport with customers and foster positive relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details using a proprietary online portal.

Collaborate with sales and print teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Proficiency with basic computer skills, including typing and email. (40 WPM)

Demonstrated ability to be empathetic, compassionate, and adaptable.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
