This position plays a crucial role in supporting the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Associate, you will interact closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide information about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the most suitable solutions. Promptly resolving customer concerns is key to ensuring maximum satisfaction. It is also important to stay informed about product features and to uphold high visual and quality standards in our store. Achieving outstanding customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals is a fundamental part of this role.

This role involves direct interaction with customers, including minors, and access to cash and valuable items, which may occur under supervision or independently. Consequently, a review of criminal history is required to safeguard the business and its stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Authorization to work without sponsorship is required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Internal candidates must meet performance and training requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • A High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service (at least one year)
  • Knowledge of selling paint and related products
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
  • Fluency in more than one language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a benefit
