Job Summary: The Sales and Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in managing and growing the eCommerce business. This position involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining our online product catalog, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, capable of delivering exceptional service while promoting sales.
Job Responsibilities: - Answer calls, chat communications, and take phone orders while providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain and update products on our eCommerce platform.
- Engage with customers and drive sales through creative and timely communication.
- Resolve customer issues proactively and efficiently, coordinating with warehouse, engraving, and shipping departments.
- Manage customer accounts and process daily orders.
- Assist with engraving and shipping of orders.
- Optimize and enhance the customer experience on our commerce site.
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner and go the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly with high-end clientele.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- At least one year of experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
