We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to set appointments for our prospective clients to meet with our project advisors. Job seekers should have a background in customer service, exceptional communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. This is a customer service role. You will be required to be on the phone for most of your time. • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
• Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
• Promptly respond to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, website contact form, etc.
• Interact with the sales leader to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Schedule appointments between prospects and Project Advisors Qualifications:
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• High attention to detail with a strong desire to serve
• Must enjoy long interactions at a fast pace
• Strong desire to follow a process
• College or relevant experience
• Customer Service Experience is preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
• Promptly respond to all inbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, website contact form, etc.
• Interact with the sales leader to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Schedule appointments between prospects and Project Advisors
• Handle any rescheduling or cancellations
