Job Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone by determining their needs and offering appropriate products and services.
- Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and create displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Perform routine cleaning of store equipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and help with deliveries as needed.
- Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
- Stay informed about the products offered and their benefits.
- Comply with inventory control protocols.
- Propose ideas to boost sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship in the future.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodation.
- Available to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
