Overview of the Customer Service Associate role:
Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls (30-100 calls/day depending on need).
Manage customer food orders, entering them into the AS400 system (transitioning to a new ERP system this summer).
Assist with tracking deliveries and provide clients with real-time updates on order status.
Act as backup for sales staff by reviewing customer call sheets, placing orders, and maintaining relationships.
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate role:
Strong customer service background, preferably in a fast-paced or high-call-volume environment.
Ability to learn legacy systems like AS400 and adapt to new ERP systems.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus but not required.
Salary: $36,500 to $38,000 depending on experience
