Customer Service Associate (Hybrid/Fulltime Opportunity)
Position Overview
We're partnered with a leading Nonprofit Organization looking to expand their team in Doral, FL. They specialize in providing Long Term Care services to those in need.
The primary responsibilities of the Specialist position involves inbound patient phone screening; review best options with patients over the phone.

Requirements/Qualifications:
•   2 years of Customer Service or Administrative experience
•   Bachelor's Degree required (Any Bachelor's Degree applicable; even accredited degrees from abroad)
